Ohio Outdoor Structures - West Chester

Looks like a family owned business with great attitude and very helpful

After shopping around (Weaver Barns, Costco, Lowes), we decided to go with Ohio Outdoor Structure for our Pavilion. Craig, the salesman in West Chester, was quite knowledgeable, patient and very helpful to us as we made decisions concerning our pavilion and the many options available to us. Prices were much more reasonable, as was the wait time for our Pavilion to arrive. Will post again once it's built on our property.

Got a great building for a great price due to promotional offers. The group who assembled the garage we're very professional and have done this a time or two!!!!

This location is the local representative for Ohiooutdoorstructures located somewhere in northern Ohio. After 3 months, I still don't have a simple carport and they won't refund my deposit because its nonrefundable for any reason. Had a totally useless conversation with the manufacturer who basically could care less. It was obvious he had that type of conversation many times before. This is one of those businesses that runs on "one and done and on to the next one". I wouldn't be surprised at all if they end up on a consumer protection news segment like Howard Aim. They deserve to be publicly exposed.

This company has no commitment to your project whatsoever. If you have problems this company will just produce your "no refundable deposit" paperwork and refer you directly to the builder supplier. Might as well buy directly from the manufacture. These people add no value whatsoever except to take your money with no service!!!!
