They deserve 0 stars. For over 3 months paid for furniture I did not receive all pieces with no deduction in price. Then when employees picked up merchandise they stole a ps5 from my home and tried to lie to cover it up. Never received my stand up dresser but had to pay the price as if I had one. Buyer beware! To clarify my account status. The account was in my husbands name and you absolutely know what I am talking about since you dropped the retrieved stolen ps5 off at my home.

I call to talk to a manager yesterday and some of the work got on the phone pretending to be a manager when he got on the phone I asked was this a joke because it sound like someone was playing a game with me when I call asking about my account he told me he don't have time to play games because he's too busy he got other stuff to do and when I know what I'm calling about call back and hung up on me you don't play games with the customers and if the manager was busy then you should've said I'll have him call you back not put someone on the phone to play with a customer that's supposed to be a place of business

Provided a service for them installing telematics.

They leased us a washer and dryer didnt hook up the washer right and it flooded my house. Which shorted out the dryer.

Cost too much I didn't get but a bunk bed an tv I done paid almost 3000 for it I mean I can buy a car for 3k

I love this store!! The customer service is amazing and I really enjoy my brand new Ashley furniture!! The payments are flexible and affordable. My furniture is so beautiful 😍. This is a very friendly store with quality merchandise and I am glad that I found it!!

Everyone was so nice and respectful! Would highly recommend to anyone. 😁

Update: There Club membership is the best out of any rent to own espically for Televisions. I Highly recommend. 👍🏿 Great place. Got a fantastic deal on my furniture set. Excellent customer service. 5 Star recommendations.

Good company will work with you good customer service polite staff

I had a few issues with the staff in meridian on 8th Street, one quick call to the owner and he made went out of his way to make sure i was completely satisfied. He has exceptional people skills. Any problems call the owner ,Mr. Russell Reed in Hattiesburg, Ms! I would definitely rent again from national but I would rather wait until the owner was present to b my sales person. The staff in meridian need more management & customer service training and finessing skills. And some adult psychology classes. To interact with customers!

Please don’t go to national sales and try to purchase anything if it’s not new and out of the plastic. Everything is used and comes from someone else’s home. Washing machines dryers stoves mattresses etc. a lot of the people they sell too is in low income areas. They target those individuals knowing that they’ll need one of they’re machines only to go pick it up a couple weeks later and it’s Loaded with dirt, dog hair and or pet hair, staines and other disgusting feats. Mattresses aren’t in any plastic and they don’t precisely clean ANYTHING!!! PLS don’t let them fool you. Check it first thoroughly for yourself.

Helpful staff excellent manager work with you anyway possible

Cost to much.Take for every to pay for.call and come by your job before due date late fee high.

The owner is crooked and rude. Made appointment to return all merchandise that was up to date on payment but his truck broke down. He made arrangements with landlord then CLAIMS two TV missing. I go into store to attempt to remedy problem. He tells me the insurance he sold me is worthless. Just another scam artist. Stay clear. Also threatened and cursed me in store when I asked for records of returned merchandise.
