Martin Buildings

My experience with Martin Buildings was outstanding from the day we met until the day our project was completed. Today makes no difference our contact person is Jake. And he is still our contact person . I can say that because we are new to the state and don’t know much. However we are very pleased to have met a friendly well informed business person to help. My husband wanted to build a man cave which was built from the floor up. We are very happy and recommend Martin Building.

I went to Martin Buildings based on the recommendation of my coworker… and electrician… and my concrete guy. I couldn’t have asked for an easier building process. You would have thought my name was Charles Martin because they truly treat you like family. There were no pushy sales tactics or up selling, they made recommendations based on “this is what I would sell to my family”. They walked me through all of the decisions and guided me through the entire process. I wasn't ready the first time we talked and they just said come back when you’re ready. When I was ready Jody got me sorted out in a day and the installation was just as easy. The results speak for themselves.

I’d like to thank Martin Buildings in the Pee Dee for an awesome job on my new building. Mr. Jody is as good as they come. If you are looking to purchase a building he will go above and beyond to make sure you are more than satisfied. I can’t say enough about the Top of The Line Buildings crew. These guys worked 16 hour days until they finished. They paid so much attention to detail to make sure it was done right. I work in construction everyday and you just don’t find their type of work ethic anymore. If you are planning to purchase a building in the Pee Dee area make certain you visit these guys!

After looking at buildings from the NC line to south of Florence, we decided to write a check for an outdoor shed and were actually on their property when a small voice told me to check with Graceland. We arrived and Jody greeted us and despite the fact that someone else had made an appointment, Jody very professionally juggled us. After expertly explaining different styles and aspects of the buildings, Jody dealt with his appointment while we looked around and decided what we wanted. The problem...it was obvious that these sheds were very well built and I thought that they would be expensive. I was so wrong. I had a price in mind when we went in to talk to Jody. We chose the size and added the amenities and when Jody quoted the price, I almost sailed out of the chair! It was thousands less for more room and better workmanship! We looked at each other in disbelief of our luck! After we install this building, we will be heading back to Graceland Buildings for another job. If you are in the market for an outdoor building, you definitely need to call Jody and Cindy Martin at Graceland. I promise, you will be happy that you did. I now know what it feels like to win the lottery ;)

To give Graceland Buildings of the Pee Dee a rating of excellent would not be high enough for their services. Starting with Jody & Cindy, professional yet friendly dealers, to the delivery which included updates on their progress on the road, the additional accessories we ordered through the main office (Kim & Misty), and ending with the minor repair that was fixed quickly & professionally. They all deserve a five star rating. Everyone & anyone involved with our purchase were professional, knowledgeable craftsman, courteous, & responsive to our needs. We looked for a building for over two years and found Graceland to be the absolute best especially in quality, price, & knowledge. Their buildings are designed to be rock solid! Thanks to each employee for a great building.
