Never returned calls for help and assistance when looking to get additional work on structures. Decided to take my business elsewhere after 5 no returned calls leaving voicemail (which was only way to get in contact). Twice was told he would look into it after talking directly to him, but no returned calls. 3 building/structures purchased, each one came with less quality, communication, and assistance.

Jeremy was very professional with up front pricing. Was very informative and pointed me in the direction for proper permits. We have used him for our garage and car ports along with 2 wooden structured buildings and have never had a complaint!

First, I’ll have to admit, buying a 24x20x7 enclosed carport was a tad bit challenging. I didn’t realize the small amount of “red tape” was required for it to be installed. I’ll get to that in a few. My fiancé and I were interested in having an enclosed carport, more so I was 🤣 Anyway, after reading the reviews about this company I was confident I’d have what I wanted @ a reasonable price. Jeremy was the contact and he was very specific and detailed. I was able to see what the cost would be and have an idea what it’d look like, via the 3D viewer. Next, after telling him I’ll be paying for it in full versus the Rent to Own option, Jeremy explained about the company itself will set up an appointment to install, etc. Fast forward a couple weeks, Eagle Carports inquired about a permit, which I didn’t know was needed. After numerous emails and phone calls back and forth between Jeremy, Eagle Carports, and I, we finally got things straightened out. Fast forward a few months, I FINALLY received an appointment my carport will be installed! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 The installers came out @ 6:39 am today, Friday June 28, 2023 and they worked their derrière off for four hours. As a result, I have this awesome looking two car carport 🤟🏼 Thank you Jeremy @ LowCountry Structures for your patience and putting up w/ me when I relentlessly wanted answers! 🤣

Updated 6/9 Did follow up after review and has been helpful. Filled out request for information online and they never followed up. Someone from Graceland has called me several times asking if a local rep had called and she even tried connecting me directly to them and still no joy. I will have to go with another company. I don’t have time to wait on someone who doesn’t want my business.
