They replaced my pillows, added stuffing for the loveseat, and even delivered a newly cured bed—so now everything is perfect. I’m genuinely thankful for HomeSource’s commitment to customer care. I just want to say the staff are so great. I been dealing with 2017 never had a problem my best person here is everyone.

I have been a customer with HomeSource at White Bluff for over 15 years and I absolutely love them!! Best prices in town!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid full price for the Midnight Madness sofa, and after only one year of normal use, it looks and feels like it’s six years old. The couch has already sunken in, and one of the pillows has begun unstitching at the top, which is unacceptable for furniture at this price point. I expected durability and quality, not premature wear and structural issues within the first year. We also purchased a Nectar mattress, and unfortunately, it has been just as disappointing. The mattress is not comfortable at all and has caused back pain for both me and my wife. We expected proper support and comfort, but instead experienced ongoing discomfort. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both the sofa and the mattress. Based on our experience, neither product has lived up to its claims, and we regret this purchase.

Pam called someone whom I did not put into my contract, stating that it was my mother and my mother has passed on since 2022. Breach of contract. That Dana. I do not know where to start with her! You have to put her in her place to let her understand disrespect will not be tolerated. She is rude, no good customer service. I file complaints on the both of them as anyone should whom may have problems with them. The more complaints file if someone is wrong would bring the way these people conduct business under scrutiny. I went yesterday and brought furniture straight out, more valuable at a decent price. I would never recommend these condescending, indecent so called individuals to not even an enemy of mine. I wish I could give zero stars.
