Excellent from start to finish. Heath helped us design and build the perfect shed that worked with in our budget. The young man who delivered the shed was professional, courteous and careful with our landscape. I highly recommend Helmuth Builders in Staunton.

I just purchased my second shed from Heath at Helmuth. He is my go to guy. He sells me what I ask for and never pressures me for things that I don't need. I want to give a huge shout out to the delivery driver, Kyle. What an amazing young man. He cares about what he does and it shows. He doesn't just work. He puts his heart in it. I was so impressed with his patience and kindness. If he delivers to you, treat him good!

Helmuth Builders moved an older shed for me. The driver was awesome at maneuvering tight spaces and very courteous of both properties. If I have any shed needs in the future, I will definitely go to them first.

We are very happy with our barn from Helmuth Builders. The quality is exceptional, and it turned out exactly as we had envisioned. The craftsmanship and final result truly speak for themselves. The reason for four stars instead of five comes down to communication during the process. The salesperson we were initially working with left the company, and for a period of time we didn’t have visibility into the status of our project. Our messages went unanswered, and we ultimately had to visit their office in person to get clarity. There were also delays related to weather and delivery, which we understand can happen, but it did push our timeline out further than expected. Once we were able to connect with someone else, they were helpful and did their best to assist, though it did seem like they were managing a lot at once. Overall, we’re very pleased with the final product and would still recommend Helmuth Builders.

We ordered a 14x14 lean-to pavilion to fit our new concrete patio. Jeremy at Helmuth worked with us every step of the way and the product they delivered exceeded our expectations! Bob was fantastic and so personable. He was easy to work with and accommodating. My husband and I went to look, picked out the shed we wanted and it was delivered within the week. Calvin, the delivery guy was super friendly as well. He took his time while leveling and setting. I highly recommend Helmuth Builders.

Such expertise and attention to detail! Wendell was always available to give us information to prepare for the barn to arrive. Heath in sales was wonderful in answering questions in the beginning and helping me get the order together. Helmuth patiently kept the barn for me until we were ready for it, as we had more to do on the land before it arrived than I first realized. Calvin got the building on sight and placed the building with amazing expertise, and Hunter was right their to help raise the overhang and paint where it was needed. I have purchased a dog kennel and a storage building from Helmuth, and just put in an order for a greenhouse too. Their buildings are well built and attractive, and are excellent quality! Both are on foundations put in by Fundamental Siteworks, and I could not be happier with the results! A shout out also to Calvin, who makes the delivery process easy for the customer, and is always willing to answer all of our questions about how the various machinery works!

Working with Helmuth Builders on our recently delivered shed was a pleasure. Heath was a huge help in designing exactly the building we wanted. They were communicative and delivered the shed even before we expected at the most reasonable price we found in the area. Calvin is basically a shed delivery wizard, and sited the building precisely where we wanted it despite it being the hardest area to access on our property. Great shed & experience with Helmuth. I've had it for over 6 months now with zero complaints. Spencer was very patient & helpful when I was designing & re-designing it several times. There are a lot of options and ways to customize the shed build which I really liked. Calvin's delivery was amazing as he threaded a 12x20 shed between trees. I highly recommend Helmuth and don't think you'll be disappointed with the product or service.

Our greenhouse was built to our specifications, with timely updates on construction. Delivery was done without a hitch, even with a narrow corridor to move our greenhouse into our backyard. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I have had. Helmuth was great at every aspect. Spencer was excellent on the order and front end. The shed was ready in half the time expected and the installation team was incredible in being prompt and getting the shed on the base and leveled.

We recently had Helmuth Builders construct a greenhouse for our succulents, and it turned out incredible. It was built in a timely manner, and it is a sturdy, quality structure. The folks at Helmuth builders are great to do business with and the 12x20 garage I ordered was delivered exactly as what I planned. Calvin has delivered two buildings now including the garage I ordered. He moved a 10x12 shed and had the equipment to move it around where I wanted it. What an absolutely AMAZING experience! I can’t thank Spencer Fincham and Calvin Shirk enough for everything! I walked into the lot at the Front Royal, VA location, not exactly knowing what I was looking for. I was looking for a specific size and color and had time restraints. With the help of Spencer, we strolled through the lot and I was unable to find exactly what I was looking for. Spencer informed me that there would be a delivery of buildings in 2 days, that there may be something of interest with that shipment. We searched the inventory and was able to locate a building, one in which was in my price range. A call was placed to Calvin and he was able to make the accommodations to deliver my building right to my home, before ever making it to the lot. My building would be delivered in 2 DAYS!! Calvin delivered this beautiful building this morning! The professionalism was top notch! I was completely taken aback on how he was able to maneuver the truck and put my building exactly where I wanted it to be. The building is absolutely beautiful! This whole experience exceeded my expectations! Can’t thank these 2 guys enough! I will always be a Helmuth fan!

We got a great shed that was exactly what we wanted. The price was great. It took awhile to get it delivered, but everything is back ordered right now. Very friendly and helpful staff. No problem with the set up. I would highly recommend them.

Diane was great to work with! She understood how quickly I needed a shed and we came up with a plan. She scheduled my delivery the day after my pad was complete. The delivery was right on time and Calvin is a pro! It was a great experience! Highly recommend!!

I am real picky and this man who brought my 10 x 20 got thing thing on my area down to the inch where I wanted it. He was good. If you are concerned they won't get this delivery perfect, like I was, don't be. Spencer did a good job helping me find the perfect building to match my house. Overall I give this a 10 out of 10 not just a 5 of 5. Great experience. Ricky
