Well I hate putting this on here but I think it should be posted I went there with a lady friend of mine June 3rd 2025 she got a washer n dryer with no problem n she's in bankruptcy ok I get on acimas app n get approved but their payment was over $200 a month I couldn't afford that so I do in-store credit this place doesn't do credit checks n yet manger seeing my app from acima finance Co he wouldn't accept me n I need a washer n dryer bad lady in store also called my references I had listed my aunt asked me if I got my washer n dryer delivered I said no the manager didn't approve me talk about discrimination n yet I never was told why I didn't get it but last week when I was in the store the manager was there n boy did I pick up a attitude big time off him oh well guess I carry my business elsewhere

So far I haven't had any issues with the manager I have been on schedule with my payments and she seems to be a very sweet lady who works well with her customers.

I purchased a set in February. It was a nightmare! I had to dish over $5,000 in pest control charges getting rid of the bedbug infestation the furniture brought into my home. I was horrified being that I’ve never had an issue with bugs and typically classified as a OCD person. I will never buy anything else and tell everyone I know to steer clear from this nightmare!!

Horrible customer service when trying to collect payment person who makes the deal with you doesn’t even correctly go over the contract to make sure everything was understood awful experience so glad I only spent 85$ with them for there true colors to come out. Made them come pick it up.

The care that good home give was awesome the workers was patient I slept good in my bed. Thanks Good home. Not at home to show pics. Coming soon
