Went in a few weeks ago to look for a new tv. I met one of the nastiest attitudes ever from the bald guy. Sarcastic and very rude in how he spoke. He acted like I was stupid. Not to mention he was SMOKING inside the store! The prices were too high, and the layout inside looked chaotic. The only redeeming factor was the sweet young lady that I spoke to at the desk who was doing something with envelopes. She’s the only reason you guys aren’t getting one star! Do better!

The nicest people I have ever met. They explained how the rental process works clearly to me, they have things at very affordable prices, and most impacting to me, was that they were LGBT Friendly. I recommend them to anybody looking at renting-to-own.

If I could give no stars I would. This location has THIEVES! I gave my everyday debt card over the phone for my monthly payments & next thing I know I am getting a notification in the wee of night saying I ordered off of Amazon. I checked everything no subscription or any new purchases. I knew who it was because I never give my card information out. I usually give them my cashapp card to make the payment with & have it at a zero balance when the payment is complete but I didn’t this time. I couldn’t dispute the transaction because I use Amazon & it’s no way to prove they stole it but they did. I get my card changed & change all my automated payments I no longer use the card. About a month or so later I get a random transaction from that card. Again it was Amazon but my card isn’t even on my account anymore. That confirmed HE stole from me. I never give my card information out so that’s the only way I could track that. I advise the manager she said they’ve never got complaints about it. Well if you feel like you getting money stolen off your card & you use them it’s 10/10 them stealing your hard earned money while they sit up & give raggedy furniture & raggedy prices. I finished paying off my 2 items today after almost 2 years. Can’t even use the headboard any more they glued it together & it’s stuck so it had to be broken to pack it up & move it & now it’s not able to be put back together… mind you it’s just poles no wood everything should just snap into place but nope it’s broken now. Please don’t waste your time with them at least go to Aarons they are a big chain so they can’t get away with too much.

The overall price you pay is a bit steep when you calculate how much you will actually be paying, but if you need to build credit, this isn't a bad way to do it I suppose. Very friendly staff and lots of modern things to choose from.

If i could give it no stars I would. The girl sold my elderly parents a recliner off the show floor that had a stain on it and it also had human hair all over it. She tried to say my mother who was the only one who sat in it, had dropped a piece of candy and made a stain...lol it was already there when my mother bought it...the girl was trying to take advantage of elderly people...don't like that at all...

Friendly professional staff who try the best to supply the best items at the best deals. Was greeted immediately upon entering, honest upfront information about what was in stock, and even a recommendation to a cheaper alternative for what I was looking for (bookcases). They can give a better deal if you want to pay in cash upfront the full amount, and are the most friendly and prompt even when making times to deliver or pick up.
