The employees are nice . And I just had to take a timeout to do a review because that cake creamy creation's oreo version. It's super decadent.its like if old school dairy queen oreo ice cream.cake had a baby with a cheese cake. Dairy Queen does not make their ice cream cakes. The oreo ones, like they used to these have a cookie crumble on the bottom.That was chocolate. They don't do that anymore. And it's not even as creamy, the last one I got for my birthday was just a bunch of ice.I'm not enough cream. But this cake is worth every penny . It's definitely different.Then, the regular oreos you get the store.Because modern day oreos are a shadow of its former self. And it's made fresh in store daily. So that's a plus plus . Really good cake.

Staff in the Fresh Deli were AWESOME... Asked what we needed and took their time on getting everything done proper. Keep up the good work, and keep that motivation going.

February 3rd 10:45 pm This is the first time in the history of me going into H-E-B you going to H-E-B and they don't have a restroom for customers I asked an employee why is the restroom closed during business hours they said they cleaned the floors and they are slippery from being mop I was like really just say you guys are lazy and you don't want to clean up after the store has been closed restroom should remain open till the last customer leaves the store . Store on 1212 South closner Edinburg you can do better in this get your stuff together.

Yesterday I was trying to ger my sticker renewed, however ran into a situation. Yet, Mrs. Lisa from customer service dept. not only helped me out but taught me some wonderful information. I was unable to say thanks to her before I left because she was occupied doing her best. Pleased with her service. Thank you Lisa.

Curbside Service… Lately the produce quality for the customers who use curbside service, has been poor; many items are bruised or expired. Training staff on proper way to pick the best produce is needed. I know most would think… well if you don’t like how they offer the service, just go do it yourself. And yes maybe I would’ve agree. However, many people use curbside not because they’re lazy but because they have someone at home sick and they can’t afford to spend that time shopping. Or they have babies with immature immune systems at home that can’t be taken out into public… etc. This people and all of us who sometimes choose curbside, we expect great quality just as if we were the ones choosing our produce. It’s disappointing to get home and realize I’m getting the worst items they could find. If you intend to continue offering this service, improve its quality. Or discontinue the service.

H-E-B is THE grocery store to go to, here in Texas. Staff are friendly and the stores are clean. They are the only place that I buy our fresh meat and produce, as it is fresh and top notch! On top of having some very reasonable weekly sales. 😉

Best staff !! One of the female managers was great help! My daughter was looking for the Strawberry Lemonade Cans from Lipton and she went above and beyond to get me a 12 pack of them. Great customer service! Every time I shop there, all of the staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Just another HEB with overpriced items. Now they want us to do the self checkout. I guess we will soon be stocking the shelves as well. Didn't they learn anything from the DISASTER at Walmart?

Things did get a little crazy today but Jose Luis and the other managers stepped up and helped everyone out right away. This is why I like going to the specific H-E-B only. Angie from Flaming bird is amazing as well.

Bakery staff need customer training! I went again this morning to purchase a cake for coworker bday and 3-4 bakery employees ignored me standing RIGHT in front of them holding a cake for them to write on. They never acknowledge customers except when upper management is standing by. This is the 3rd time this happens at this location (closest to my house) HEB plus on Shary is further and out of my way but their bakery staff is great! They are helpful and courteous and assisted me this morning with their great customer service.

We always shop at HEB and have a great experience, the employees are always friendly and give stickers and buddy bucks to our toddler at the check out. We went shopping with our toddler the other day, and Albert in the floral department went above and beyond to make my toddlers day. After walking away with a bouquet, we picked up our items and headed back to the registers. Albert stopped us to give my toddlers a few flowers just for herself after he noticed her having a great time in his department. Truly kind and the reason we CHOOSE THIS HEB OVER ALL THE OTHERS IN MISSION AND MCALLEN.

Grocery it is what it is, BUT PHARMACY SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! THEY HAVE AROUND 5 PEOPLE AND STILL TAKE QUITE AWHILE! PLUS THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEE OMG IT'S LIKE THEY ARE DOING US FAVOR! CHANGING TO CVS OR WALGREENS, More friendly and great service. Plus they actually get to know their customers.

My HEB Pecan & Ware Rd. Always employees on floor if you need anything. Mgrs aren’t as friendly as the employees. Great service at Deli & Pharmacy. They don’t have much selection on holiday items & decor like the other HEB’s.

One of the most modern HEB in this city. Many shop here due to its higher organic selections and the newest displays and style great place!

Growing up this location didn’t look modern or clean. Walking into this store now, the layout is easier to navigate and the entire store is cleaner. I like that the store atmosphere is elevated through the work of the overnight maintenance staff.
