That place sucks that lady is super rude super demanding She’ll call you all day and harass you and then she’ll have her guys go to your references House in honk and honk when they don’t even have the right to go to the references house That lady at the front desk I think her name is Barbara beware of superior I wouldn’t recommend superior

We have gone to Express for most of our furniture and have always been treated great. Fast delivery and great deals.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE ! The whole office and delivery staff is SOOO RUDE . I had a scheduled delivery at 4 they came at 3:30 banging on my door partially wanting to break it down . Then returned at 3:50 even more rude because I called the office to inform them why were they there banging 30 mins earlier then scheduled . Andrew the delivery guy was yelling at my 15 yr old son ! When I got home I asked what was his problem yelling at my son he then said very rudely I refuse to leave you the merchandise n left . Lilly the office manager was no help at all ! Very bad business !!!!!

I went to fill out the application to rent some furniture. The lady was rude, she doesn't smile, not courteous at all. Apparently she asked me to fill out the application never told me I had to put down 6 Family references. She just said 6 & she even asked if one of my references was a friend I said yes. She didn't say anything. Apparently now the Manager would like me to go over to add references. I really wanted to rent the furniture. Now I have to go somewhere else the Manager was also rude, wasn't trying to fix anything to keep the sale. I guess they don't need the business.

We wanted to upgrade our living room and since we have an account at Conn's, we thought ok, we can get it their.! After sending us a letter stating our credit was raised by 5k, great. Wrong!! Conn's tried to send us to a 3rd party lender. 288.00 a month for a sofa and loveseat. Ripoff! We saw an add online for Express. We called and talked to Rhonda, who is awesome! We now have a sofa, loveseat, recliner and coffee table for less than Conn's wanted to charge. Thanks Rhonda.

I will never recommend anyone to this place. Please take your business to rent a center, Aaron’s, cons. Anywhere else but here. Can’t wait to finish my payments to get away from these people. The to childish lady’s that work there act like they are 12yrs old fighting with customers .

I Love it there me and my husband started off with nothing then I went to Express buying my bedroom set it was wonderful I then took out a washer and dryer, fridge, dining set, couch set I Think my payments are so cheap I Love it there. The ladies make u feel welcome.. They are so sweet and I love that They deliver when said I Love it there and will continue buying from them.. Cheap payments all my home is completely new.. Thanks to Express Rent to Own.. But if your bad pay don't expect them to be all friendly.. I'm looking forward on getting my next idem as soon as I pay off Thanks ladies y'all are amazing ❤Very friendly and helpful I highly recommend

It would be 5 stars except they claim they are open til 6:30 pm and after rushing to get there to pay several times they won't take payment cause they claim their computers shut down and they are basically not able to help you. I say then change your business hours to reflect that and put a sign out to tell customers this. They are unprofessional about this practice.

My spouse and I have gotten furniture there I won't go anywhere else. When family and friends ask about a place to rent furniture I'll always say Superior. Great place and friendly people.

I wouldn't even date this pathetic place the Manager is rude and hateful, my daughter was denied just because she lives in the same household which is STUPID shes had a job over a year has a bill under her own name and is very capable of making her payments and the Idiodic Manager refusereher just because she live in the same household as us.... Such Stupidity. She didn't have to be all distasteful about it. So there for my rating is a ZEROOOOOOOOO.....

They have some really good deals and Sabrina and Dolores are very friendly.

Walked in to do application called prior to arriving very inattentive staff. One lady gave me application upon attempt to turn in they never took my application, just looked at me. Very poor customer service!!! I couldn't even get a fake smile and someone to take my app.All employees are Hispanic when Hispanic man walked in he was greeted and helped right away although he came in afterwards!!! I this made me upset

One start because I don't have the option to choose none... they are rude and they charge late fees not only if a few days late which is understandable but then if your coming up on a payment that isn't even do yet... and they won't show you why you have the fees.... the late fees are for each thing on your account not just one fee I would not recommend them to anyone..... I am still trying to find someone to talk to higher up then the rude girls in the office

We went in one day and saw the manager 29.99 for the TV stand TV couches table table ends and lamps special we did the app and brought everything we needed we came in the next day and and the contract said 39.99 we said it wasn't that yesterday. But she said that was the special and then I noticed after signing the contract unasked about the 99 cents for the first week and she said I had to have mentioned it before signing the contract. How hard was putting the 99 cent for the first week on there she was rude and didnt help us very much ill never go back
