Best costumer service and love my new living room set. I drove a longways to find this kind of deal.

I've so drove passed this place plenty of times , but it wasnt until my landlord told us about it and their affordable prices , S/O to Dee Who Help us with his great customer service and gave us a good price for a full living room set and dinning set . It was a quick process that went very smoothly. It was nice doing business with you all

I will never do business with these people again!!! I was supposed make monthly payments but some how and some reason they keep blowing my phone up every week after they agreed I can pay monthly and keep coming to my house.. I had one dude tryed to enter my home one day.. I really think these people been stealing some of my money because there is no way I should have paid over 3 thousand dollars on a mattress that is harder than a brick and it’s not even a name brand mattress.. I can’t wait to pay it off. If y’all do any kind of business with theses guys make sure u keep all your receipts because I really think they is taking money for them self at this point

The process was simple and pain less AMY was Absolutely a delight to explain the process even was able to have it delivered same day she is an asset to the company

This place is awful. They don't work with you like these other reviews say. When you lose your job and get another they won't wait til you get a paycheck to make a payment. And they don't give you a number to talk to someone above the store associates. When we have made payments every single month for a year, it's been 19 days past due and they just tried to come get our stuff! When I told them I could get it to them this week. They were very rude about it as well. This place deserves NO stars and I do not recommend using them unless you know you can make a payment on their time or they will come get your stuff. Even if you tell them two more days. It doesn't matter, they don't care about the customer.

My husband gotten me a used washer and dryer for my birthday it lasted a year when we finally paid it off I recently just gotten a brand new washer and dryer from them again I so love it and my house is furnish with them they do work with you but can be a little steep just keep records of payments.

I've bought from them in the past and never had an issue and paid everything off. Back then they would have gotten 5 stars. Then my refrigerator went out this week and I gave them a call. To have something delivered same day I would have to buy it sight unseen because they were headed out my way that morning only. So I asked if anything was wrong and was told it was great. When they arrived I was informed they wouldn't take my old fridge even though I was charged $10 so they would. I was informed they made their money on tips so I told them I would bring it by the store. Then the fridge doors opened the wrong direction so I asked if they would switch over the handles and they said you couldn't. Beg to differ my husband later switched it out. Then they rushed to leave before I realized one shelf was broken and another missing. So I called the store and they said someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever showed. That was 2 days ago. This place has gone down hill. I had to take the shelves out of my old fridge so I could use it and thankfully it was the same model.

If I could give it no stars I would. These people are not friendly very ignorant people. My grandmother is a disabled woman with lung problems and she calls them to speak with them about her paying her bill mind you she has never been late on not one of her payments. They threaten her they spoke very rudely to her and they hung up on her while she was trying to speak to them. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. I will go anywhere else before I ever chose to come here for any type of furniture, appliance and so forth what they have to offer if it was the last place to get anything of that such I would go without! They have no sense of respect and how to run a business or how to speak to their paying customers.

I love the way they treat me when they see me coming in the door.They have this welcome voice that make you feel welcome to come in .it's not all about the money when I go in there they also want to know can the help you with anything else..They have a great team .keep up the good work .

The bald guy is so nice and professional. I think his name was Mike. Everyone is so nice and just make you feel very comfortable. Not your typical sales environment. Employees treated me respectfully. I really felt like I could trust them with my purchasing decisions. Thanks! Highly recommend.
