Apparently this location is close. The sign is still up on S. Cobb Dr and google still says it's open. Someone should fix this.

Been a customer at the Lee Street Atlanta store. Awesome group of people. I would recommend them to everyone. If you have any furniture needs call them. I furnished a entire house and paid off almost everything. I keep buying just because they are convenient and have quality furniture. Staff is professional and awesome. I have actually been a customer of Easy Rentals since late 1995. Always got the best customer service. Merchandise was always Great! Just had to get my GSON a laptop for College. I have gotten furniture for all rooms in the past! Appliances also.

This location exceeded my expectations for a rental company even though I didn't have any. There is no extra, they give you payments without a huge financing charge. I paid off mine in a few months because of this!! I had the pleasure of working with Sandi, Trevor and Andrea while purchasing my dinner table there!! I look forward to my next purchase!!! Easy Rental is a single mom's dream company to work with!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 7 years now and will continue to be for many years to come!!!! Even when I have looked elsewhere I always ended right back at Easy Rental for all my furniture and appliances. I've even been able to work with their staff to special order and get exactly what I was looking for! I could expose a lot of shady things about this company but I will keep it small talk and just say stay away if u trying to pay out something but if you trying to just get something and not worry about paying for it then come on to this company smh

When I entered the store I was helped immediately and greeted like I was a long-time customer! The furniture looked great! I rented a mattress, dresser, vanity, side table, love seat, and couch. The prices were pretty standard. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful. Upon move-in, the guys scheduled everything with me and came as scheduled. They made sure I was happy with everything and arranged everything as requested. They came on-time for pick up and moved everything out quickly! (Even though it was 7 flights of stairs). These guys are great! No hidden fees, swift, and kind. Will be calling them for all my furniture needs in Atlanta!

Good people's to deal with

I have been a customer for many years. I have never experience a unprofessional moment like I recently experienced. The manager apparently has a issue with black people. I was talk to very unprofessional. Racial profiling still exist . As I was walking through the store he followed me around constantly after asking if I need help. I replied just looking. After agreeing to make a purchase he made statement referring if I am able to pay for it after show statements. I have never received such bad customer service like this and I will not return to make a purchase anymore while he is working there. I will be contacting corporate immediately.

Asst mgr Dewayne and delivery setup AL were very professional and courteous. They provided exceptional customer service and delivered merchandise as promised. I have been a customer for over 6yrs and enjoy the staff Ms. Pat, George, Keva,etc

this company is a true rip off, you're better off saving money & buying furniture ..they change payment amounts every time u make a payment when the amount is suppose to decrease not increase .. they are very argumentive & don't send out billing statements so you can actually see what you're paying for.. & how much u owe in black & white etc.. bunch of white rude hunkies with poor blacks with unprofessional poor customer service skills as workers i would NEVER in my life use this company again.. a DOG wouldn't even want to referred! please save yourself a heart attack & a headache
