We’ve purchased a washing machine and a bed from here. Each time, the deliver and set up was great. The guys are very helpful and friendly! Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Shopping experience and Store atmosphere has declined.The former Store manager was very helpful and super nice since she resigned . Service was 5 stars but quickly went down to 1 star.

The ladies there are so sweet and they help you with whatever you need to be helped with and I have been going to them for years

I woke up this morning to a dead refrigerator. I called Don's and spoke with Tammy. I explained my situation and she went above and beyond to help me. It's 3:05 and my new refrigerator is in place, plugged in and cold. The delivery guys were awesome, so kind and courteous. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. My husband and I have purchased stuff from the Mena store for years. I have purchased a bed, a washer, a refrigerator, and a loveseat. Have always had great service and quick response to fix any problems. However, my husband recently went up to purchase a new couch and loveseat with power recline, and apparently they had recently had a previously rented one that was returned. The price was good so my husband purchased it...we had it for a couple weeks and one side of the loveseat broke where it won't recline right. They came out immediately looked at it said they would have to order a part shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks and it would be fixed. Well I have made 2 more monthly payments and have another due next week and it's still not fixed. I can't even get them to answer there phone anymore. It really saddens me cause we really loved using this store to buy furniture. 😭

Best place to do business. They always work with the customers to get you what you want for a reasonable price. The employees are great they get your things delivered in a timely manner. The delivery guys was very polite and professional as well

Bought a washer and dryer. After less than 3 months the dryer stopped heating. They took mine to fix it and had it for over a month, which wasn’t a big deal, as they left me a loaner. (Side note, the loaner dryer worked perfect the whole time we had it) they brought my dryer back. Less than a month later it’s out again. They tell me they need to send an ELECTRICIAN to test my power supply. They were supposed to come on Wednesday the 13th at 3. They didn’t show, didn’t call. The next day, two delivery guys show up, without even a word as to why they didn’t come when they said. These two DELIVERY GUYS fiddled with their machine for over 15 minutes, trying to figure out how to use it, then tell me my output is at 240, and although they will repair my dryer, they will not leave a loaner. When I asked the guy then why didn’t the loaner dryer have a problem, he actually tells me they’ve had issues with their repair guy not repairing appliances correctly!!!! An ACTUAL electrician came here and said our plugs are working properly and if that was blowing the dryer, it’s the dryer. I told them I would not pay for something I wouldn’t be able to use for over a month, and their response was to come pick it up. Horrible business practice on an ethical level. Money wasted, but lesson learned. Take your money elsewhere!!

My very first time of being into Dons, and I was very happy. I do not remember the 2 ladies names that helped me. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. The price I’m paying for my new bedroom set is a very good price for it. I’ve shopped at Aaron’s before, and never again. Customer service at Aaron’s is horrible, but with Dons, the customer service is wonderful. Delivery was fast, courteous, and respectful as well. I have never walked into a business and the customer service be professional, and courteous.

Terrible customer service. Banging and kicking on the door. Broke it. They are not there to help you. I’d go to buddys home furniture for real and genuine customer service and help. Plus waaaaay better prices and way better quality than this place.

They were very helpful the workers we very careful with frigthey set everything up for us I will get other thing from them and I will tell friends andfamily members about them also

Great price and friendly staff. I got my wife a brand new double door fridge with bottom freezer. Very happy with how quickly it was delivered the same day. Highly recommend this place.

Great staff. Sadly I Bought a used washer and it turned out to be broken. Water blasted from underneath an spilled water all over. We had an inch of water in the kitchen cause of it

I have a generator I bought from there that doesn't produce enough to light a bulb. It was like pulling teeth with plyers but they supposedly sent it to be fixed yet I still just have a brand new shed statue with only 7 hrs on it and sitting in the dark when the electric goes out

It's always a nice place to go to worry about getting into any trouble or worried about sending a bunch of thugs running around trying to hurt nobody I'm at the park and but get ready upset every time I go there and there's trash everywhere all in the water and all over the place and people doesn't care about the nice things we have here in our small town and community people who live here and always grew up here always like to go out there and see things clean and nice and tidy

The salesperson actually speaks to you. You can ask anything about their products or services. They're not pushy salespeople. If rent to own they answer your questions about the contract.

The saving grace of this rent-to-own company are the employees & they do offer some incentives such as a free month on an item after you payoff an existing account. The selection is shoddy & they are MUCH more expensive than other similar stores. If there is something you want, they must order it. For example, we were looking for a new matress but if they order it, you MUST accept it even if you don't like the matress.

Been doing business with Don's E-Z Pay for 7 years. If you need furniture I'll recommend Don's if they don't have it they will get it if they can.
