I recently went into the store to see if I could get a couch. I tried those other rental places and I felt pushed to a product I didnt want. As I entered the store I was greet by Salesman. I was at 3 other stores earlier that day and they were very pushy and the way I was greeted by Him was awesome and had a great smile, dressed very well. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what I was looking for and price. He explained that the items at their store have a worry free guarantee and after we talked he asked if the couch would be the best fit for my needs. I did the process to do rental of it.
