I went to the Sylvania store to purchase a stove ... this place had the nerve to say that i purchased a used stove .. im not paying 1500.00 for something used the stove that was in the store was brand new me and my boyfriend was there together .. the day they brung the stove they said it had a accent and that they would give me a loaner that is what was sent to me... well when it came time for another payment i asked when was i gonna get my stove the lady at the store told my boyfriend it was on the truck when he showed up at the store... they said that was my stove i bought ... they lied on my boyfriend and lied to me about a lot of things i told them to come get their stove ... the statesboro store was also rude and she said she was the manager who replaced the door on my accident stove that had broke and i found glass on my floor from the loaner stove after they took it back to the store on monday ... these people brung this stove to my home dirty and rusted ... i will not be buying anything from them ever again .. if my stove was new would it look like this in 1 months time...

The customer Service is awesome but I bought a bed and having to leave the plastic on the mattress and box springs until it's paid for is ridiculous I mean no one wants to hear plastic moving every time they turn over or move. I will be sending it back.

I love this place and everyone is so amazing and polite and I'm trying to get more stuff hopefully this week if not today I definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs house stuff

Gina is the manager and she is very rude & unprofessional.. She don’t know how to talk to people. Long as she there they will never keep no customers

Michael at CM City is the best. Our ac unit went out this morning and our home is brutally hot. He got me approved in less than 30 minutes and he already has our new unit out for delivery. This by far was the easiest and most friendly customer service experience I've ever had. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

When you need Mardtinez.pic up They wait till 7 to 10 days later pic up then want to charge me for whats due while it sit there

DO NOT TRUST THEM! I bought a couch and it broke less than 2 weeks later, which was the first time I actually sat on it. This happened in August of 2021 and it is almost March of 2022 and they won't replace it. They sent out someone to take pictures, promised to fix or replace, and sent out a furniture repair man. Unfortunately, the owners do not care and they can not be trusted. Their furniture and business practices are suspect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Bought a couch. Didn't sit on it for a week and when I did the back broke. I contacted them and they sent someone out. Took pictures, promised it would be fixed and its been 5 months and they haven't fixed it. The Statesboro manager is rude, the store workers in Statesboro are rude, and the owner refuses to contact me. I've got a table holding up the back of this couch.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Our CM City in Hazlehurst is the best. Mr Bob always does his best to help in hard times and the guys who work there are wonderful. Malcolm especially helps me and always goes out of his way to say hello even when he's not at work. You guys will never understand how much I appreciate everything you do.

Do not do business with CM City. To put it briefly, they started a lease with me on a couch as well as a coffee table and two end tables. It was the second couch I'd gotten from them. The first one peeled. This one peeled also and they refused to fix it per their contract to the point of blaming us for buying it from them knowing it was made of fake leather. So I stopped paying. After waiting and waiting, they came and got only the tables which were in fine condition and left me with their raggedy couch. I have no answers as to why they didn't take the couch they wouldn't fix and leave the tables. They have never told me that I was making payments for separate items. My lease was for all items grouped together with zero proof shown of how my single weekly payments were being distributed so I'm not sure how they decided which item was paid for. I feel like they took what was in good shape and simply left me with the couch they wouldn't fix because they knew they couldn't rob someone else out of more money with the couch. I was a faithful customer just to have $2,439 pretty much stolen from me. I recommend Aaron's. They are loyal to their contracts and are prompt to fix anything you're still paying for. CM City is dishonesty and poor quality. I keep being told they'll keep their word and fix the issue but I'm not SEEING anything happening and it's been weeks. We picked a different couch and the man said it would be within the week. It's been over 2 weeks and they still have my tables and have decided now to let us know the new couch still hasn't even been ordered. It's always the run around with CM City and after $2,439 , I can't just take it laying down.

When you're almost finished paying off your rental and you've always paid over your rental payment amount, They'll come to your resident if you are one day late, even if they were closed on date of payment.
