Our experience with Cardinal Building has been amazing, from the ordering process to the delivery and setup. Everything was topnotch! We received our 44 × 14 side porch cabin and could not be more pleased. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Shout out to Mel and his helper. They were fantastic in getting the cabin set up during some serious wet conditions.

Our experience in Anna, picking out a building was painless. We were walked through the entire process and were shown our options to make the building our very own. Thank you so much!!!!!!!! The Hexamers!!!!

We ordered a 6x8 chicken coop from Cardinal in March, and it took a month to build. The chicken coop cost over $3,000, but we had heard good things about Cardinal and about the quality of their build and customer service. When we ordered the coop, we requested two 2x4 roost bars to be built in it, with the 4 inch side facing up so the chickens can rest their feet flat without curling them. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. Also, on our receipt, we were to have Advantech flooring built in the coop. A month goes by, and our chicken coop is delivered. Immediately we notice there is only one roost bar in it, and it is turned with the 2 inch side facing up. In addition, the flooring says it is LP Legacy, not Advantech. Also, in the nesting boxes, it arrived slightly damaged, with two of the nails exposed in the wood. All of this could have been forgiven if the customer service had been better. In the past month, we have spoken to several different people at Cardinal about how to fix the issues. They did not care that the flooring installed was LP Legacy vs. Advantech, stating it was a glitch in their system and that it is essentially the same type of flooring. I am not sure if it is or not, but when you order something custom built and see Advantech on the order receipt and end up getting something different, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. They did eventually give us $35 to cover the price difference in the flooring. We then waited for a Cardinal service man to call us about coming out to add a roost bar and fix the one we currently have in it. When we finally got the call, we agreed to a time and day for him to come out to fix it. As we approached the day, I did not receive any calls or further communication about the service visit. On the day of the visit, two weeks after the initial call, I end up calling Cardinal to see if they were coming out. They had no idea they were supposed to come out, and frequently stated there was no service request for it and even forgot about the issue with the coop, despite me saying my name and explaining it again. At the end of the call, I stated that we would just fix it ourselves, which the service man agreed was a good idea. We are very disappointed with the customer service at Cardinal. We expected better, especially since the coop cost over $3,000.

Blake called me as soon as I messaged him about a building. Very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and made the purchase and financing a very simple process. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome company! We needed a she/he shed type of situation for our kids’ enrichment space and I found cardinal through Facebook. They were super quick at building a custom shed and the delivery went smooth. Jeremy was the delivery guy. Great communication and he did an awesome job at maneuvering around our property to put it in the right spot. That definitely wasn’t an easy task. Super friendly, and great people overall! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love my Car Port I loved working with Don. He is very experienced with these buildings and walked me through everything I needed to think about. He helped me pick out the look and feel by explaining pros and cons with every variation. It was an awesome experience. This building is wonderful and meets all of my needs. Worth every penny.
