My experience at the Lexington location was great and painless. Delivery and set up was quick and efficient. This is my third Bunce Building. Very satisfied with them all.
I have one of their buildings 12 x 20 excellent building. I have the Amish type inside overhead storage red metal roof to match my house no problems. I love it. purchased it from Kenny in Stokesdale old P&M Truckstop
Overall not a great experience. Went to the Lexington location thinking that would be the better option. It was not. Great up front when ordering the coop but it went downhill. Coop was delivered to Mocksville location not home. We discussed this. The door for the chickens was put on the side (which is std) not on the back as discussed and noted. Given the choice of a refund or new one and we said new. Weeks (3 at least). they call and say what if we use the original one add the door and refund you. I said ok but asked why wasn’t this an option up front? Another 3 weeks but received with both doors as requested. Now I am having to make calls about the refund. I have had to reach out to them because they do not call you back. Customer service is lacking.
Daniel from the Lexington location was great to work with. He found me a perfect match to what I wanted, had great feedback and customer service. Love the building. And the delivery guy Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the setup when it was delivered.
