Don't need to comment really I have paid off over 30 items or more at rent a center stores I get a letter saying they want my hottub back after paying over 900.00!!! Trinidad store is great Mariah is awesome not this store!! The new DM is definitely not like the former one!!! I. Will leave it at that!!!

The in store customer experience was great, Wallace the store manager really took care of me and assured me everything good to go. The delivery time and service was spot on, those guys came in with the furniture and set everything pretty fast, excellent work on their end.

RAC was very helpful in helping me pick out a nice flat screen tv for my living room! They even delivered it on a nice and timely manner!

I’ve been a rent center for the past 2 years Everything was great until the last move. There was a lot of damage done to my stair railing and my door. There was also an altercation due to the incident and the property was not fixed properly I was only offered one free week for the inconvenience and I don’t even know if it was pushed to the back of my payments or actually taken off. Just past month I’ve had an awful experience with Rent-A-Center was treated very rudely after being a faithful customer for two years Amber was very nice and was able to calm the situation. my plan was to pay off my couches and get beds, but I will never go through rent a center again.

Staff is friendly. Always good products. I’ve never had a problem and have successfully bought 3 couches and a washer/dryer set.

Avoid this location. Purchased a bed from this location, came broken waited close to 6 months for parts to arrive to which they blamed Ashley’s. After righting a bad review was told to pick a bed set online and they would transfer the 800 in credits to the new bed that we had paid. We did and came to inspect the bed prior to delivery, and the bed felt cheap so we asked to put it towards another item in the store and they said it had to be a bed set plus they would pay everything towards the new bed minus our taxes, and insurance that we paid for. So around 500. The reason I say avoid this place is because they don’t take care of their customers.
