The products are good quality but they are so expensive you pay like twice it worth that's if you don't have credit that's what you got to do I guess sorry should people that work there Good sales people and friendly know their job

I had to stop my busy day and give high 5 kudos to Matthew, he not only helped me load my property but I was running out of gas and he helped me find a gas station nearby he went over and beyond for me he introduced himself as Matthew the moment I walked in the door when he greeted me Josh was great also mad props to the store I have been with Aaron's for many of years I worked with the Kansas stores and with here and I give high props to the store Look forward to working with them more Hope this review helps you choose Arron's.... Absolutely love my living room♥️it took forever to get my furniture into the store but as soon as it did it was delivered and set up (channels and all) by the nicest delivery guys they even showed me how to work the TV and fireplace. The employees know me by name and are so kind willing to do so much to help. I'm extatic cause I've dreamed of a home like this my whole life and Aaron's made it possible. I said I'd never do rent to own but I'm so happy I did finally

This company is a joke. I paid off my overpriced mattress a while back and they have been mailing me flyers, sending emails, and calling me non-stop to get me to do more business with them. I have declined every offer until I spoke with a Robert last week who made Aaron's sound like they've changed for the better and blah blah blah. I decided to give them another chance and order a couple of things being assured I'd get my items this week if I put the order in on time. Fast forward to now, my order has been canceled with no explanation, no one will respond to my email, and when I called the store directly it routed me to their customer service number instead and the girl who answered said that her "system was down" and she couldn't help me.... I put the down payments down for the items AND already gave my old furniture away! Guess I'm stuck unable to wash my clothes or sit in my living room. I don't even know why I trusted these people. Update: 11.19.24 - Nobody at the store and no one at their "customer service" center can help me and no one knows why anything happened or wants to take responsibility. I did everything I was told to do by the people who work at this store and now I'm not getting the items I ordered and no one is willing to try to work with me to even fix it. Couldn't even get someone to "look into it" for me, just was told by the store to call the customer service line back. These people are a FRAUD.
