Let me be very clear — Rent-A-Center is on a fast track to losing business, and experiences like mine are exactly why. I called in with my third payment ready, and the manager flat-out refused to take it over the phone. That’s right — I had the money, and he chose to push for a pickup instead. This issue could’ve been resolved in minutes, but instead, I was met with stubbornness and zero willingness to work with a paying customer. Fernando, your attitude and poor judgment are exactly why more people will be walking away from this place. Completely unacceptable.

Absolutely NOT! So I just surrendered a dinette set after getting an unfortunate front door visit to my residence from the manager of this store after having a dinette set for 8 days. Absolutely unacceptable! I thought it would be a great idea to furnish the home slowly using the 90 days same as cash option at RAC. I rented the first dinette, payments on time, but didn’t like the look so I replaced it with another. Oddly enough, they asked for an up front payment prior to me receiving the property. I didn’t think anything of it until I received an unwelcome house call about the second dinette set. No! You don’t get to violate my private time in my home to “collect” on a table I’ve had for just over a week. Would not recommend using this service. Would recommend probably going direct to Ashley’s Furniture and utilizing their payment options.

They had wait I needed but I could only get one I was looking for a couch that turn into a bed they had one but then I saw the dresser and I needed that more then anything I was surprise to get on Monday I the guys just leave it in the hall way cause I had to more things out of the way ,it looks beautiful in my room and I have more drawers space thanks so much am happy customer
