Please please do not go here. There are so many options like after pay, kalarna, pay four to name a few. The women at the front desk was so rude. you pay for a “protection plan” that Does not protect you. making purchases here was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. Trust me please do not do it. you will come out paying triple what the product is worth, there are so many options out there do not come here.

Don’t go to Aaron’s. Worst customer service. They constantly harass with their phone calls. Trust me go another route. There’s so many options to pay things off in payments now and days.

I have been a customer for years, and i have had a wonderful experience with the staff ever since they really take care of their customers they r understanding whenever u r having financial difficulties, they will work with you i am a proud owner of a TV, Refrigerator, Dinette set, and I am working on owing my laptop

I have had multiple leases from this store! I return because of the great service I continue to receive from all employees but specifically REGINA! Everytime I go in or call she goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied as a customer! She definitely deserves the five stars, a raise, or even a promotion! Or all! Thank you Gina for continuing to provide me EXCEPTIONAL service my family and I appreciate you bunches!

At first they said I just had to show my ID at time of delivery but I lost my ID and told them this and said I would call back to reschedule and once I found my ID the manager said I was being suspicious 🤨 and accused me of faking my identity and this is something she has done and knows how to do. Now I have to come in and show my ID and utility bill. Even tho I had to submit my info to apply to get said items. It's now been over 2 weeks and cannot get my items. My work schedule does not allow it for me to go into the store. Being accused of identity theft is wild! When does losing and finding your ID make you suspicious?! Update I sent email day of review and have not heard anything back also called before leaving review to speak to the GM and still no phone call. Customer service is non existent with this company
