Rent a center sucks they are nothing but a scam told me I only need 35$ took that in two seconds then I get a text message saying I still need to pay 112$ more so I ask for refund they say 5 business days it's been 7 and still no refund. I call it goes to voicemail what kind of scam is this. Never again

Alex and mark were very rude during the whole process of returning there sofa they would talk over me and tell me the date I wanted them to pick up their sofa was unavailable. They hung the phone up on me while I was talking and proceeded to schedule a delivery date for that exact Wednesday they were trying to argue about not having it available. I know some people are miserable at their job but why put the misery out to other people?? I just don’t get it I will also filing a complaint and leaving this review on google for all to see. Never will I do business with RAC again.

I give this place 0 stars (I had to put the star so the review would post) because you could be a day late on a payment and they start harassing you they will blow up your phone with calls and come to your door at random points throughout the whole day. They will make sure you know full well that you are a DAY late for a payment it’s so annoying and honestly you can find better quality furniture at Walmart and Target at least at those stores you don’t have to worry about who used your furniture/appliances before you. I do not recommend this place
