This store specific location is very ni professional to me. They don’t greet when you walk in the store. Also they treat you as if your trying to scam them. I’m sure they get a lot of that.However everyone is different name you should treat people with respect.!I had a situation I would not say it. But the manger is very unprofessional and so is one of the older associates. They are rude and lazy . & They think that’s the store is really is really theirs and it’s not .‘location need to be closed down. Obviously they make anyone manger these days .?
I recently left a review for my experience and am happy to say my problem was resolved. Jessica the store manager was extremely helpful and all the ladies at the Alessandro store for that matter.
