This place isn't very good at delivering the goods we talked about prior to the stuff being delivered, they showed up with a mattress with no bed frame nothing so we had them taken back that same day and asked for a complete refund , not to mention almost two hours there at renta center yesterday what a waste of time , Aaron's is way better going back to them ..

I was scheduled for a delivery between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. I rearranged rooms to accommodate the new bedroom set we were receiving the day off delivery. My master bedroom was stripped and I had no bed to sleep on until delivery. I got a call 20 minutes before 7 and the delivery team stated they can’t deliver til the morning because they can’t work after 7 due to overtime disputes. I said that is not my problem I was scheduled for this delivery and I needed my delivery today. I don’t know why you guys would schedule a delivery and then state you can’t make that delivery because of overtime issues. It was not the delivery guys fault I’m guessing it was scheduling issues. Please fix this, although I received my delivery between the timeline given, it was still very frustrating that I was involved in this corporate overtime issue. Customers should not be affected because of your scheduling issues or overtime problems. Delivery guy did cut some wrapping plastic off of our dresser with a box cutter and cut the top of the dresser with the blade. He should have cut the plastic on the back of the dresser in order to prevent any damage to the dresser.
