Very unprofessional! This store is not on the same page with their employees! I set up a Payment arrangement, was told it was noted . Then the entire week multiple employees kept harassing me calling me 24/7 evern though they agreed with my payment arrangement! Then! Then day before my payment was due, they sent a man to my door, banging on my door like he’s the police , loud as hell, demanding my item, telling the whole neighborhood my business! Called his manager DANIEL on speaker!!!!!!Putting my business on blast! Even though I had a payment arrangement! This company is stressful to deal with! No type of customer privacy or respect! As soon as I spoke with Daniel he confirmed my payment arrangement was set! Yet he still sent someone to my home! Bad business! Never dealing with this company again

Acima now owns them I guess. It not like it used to be. I used to rent a tv for a month and give it back ALL the time back in the day. Guess we can’t do that anymore. Staff was cool but it’s just not the experience it used to be.

Love the Awesome Kind and patient Employees there when have questions. I love the Service and Furniture I was approved for. Love it here and recommend this Rent A Center to a friend's and family.

From the application process to delivery of the merchandise was a pleasurable experience. The in-store staff and delivery drivers were very professional, kind, and courteous. I will definitely make future purchases and recommend the business to friends and family.

OMG!!! When I tell you that Keith got it done, HE IT GOT DONE!! I called Aaron's and I'm still waiting on them to call me back so I called Rent-A-Center and he took great care of me. I am very happy with the service I received from him. He was very kind, caring and understanding to my needs. Upon delivery he and Liz were awesome and even took the time to get to know me and my cat. You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
