Honestly, real bad customer service I been considering myself a good customer n I had a inconvenience this week I couldn’t make the payment so I called n ask if I can make the payment next week n finish paying the remain balance n they said no that I needed to borrow money or else they’ll come pick up the item I purchase just for one time me not able to make the payment when I had just explained that I’ll be making the payment by next week this would be the last time I buy from them no type of consideration knowing I been a good customer as soon as I finish next week I’m done w Aron’s never again I’ll be buying anything here !! I felt pressured n really uncomfortable I never said I wasn’t going to pay I just ask for them to give me time just one week so I can make the payment I felt really uncomfortable talking to the person on the phone

A whole system sucks they computers. They don't answer the phone. I'd rather just put my stuff on Layway somewhere.

I see a lot of passion of wanting your space to look nice...Sep 25 2024 was the order date..2 months later I'm told 3 weeks....This place is a bummer...And by the way, the location in Fresno had a hole in their delivery of Cocoa Couches. Now I'll just have NO dining room table for Thanksgiving, but Ill always wonder" who's enjoying MY table...because I don't know, not me.

I ordered some bedroom furniture online and this location delivered it to me in Koreatown. When I relocated to Marina Del Rey, they worked with me to get it moved for me. My experience with the in-store staff, management team and the delivery folks have always been superb. Other reviews talk about rude staff "if you don't pay on time." I never had this problem. They offer a program where you can skip a payment or suspend your account if necessary. No reason to not pay your bills. Thanks Inglewood Aaron's Team! I will be back!!

Some of their furniture is nice looking, I only went for a gaming Laptop, hope it's worth the purchase
