Rent-A-Center

I would like to preface this review by stating my first experience with this particular location was not great. But rent a center as a company has truly done well by me. I had finished my first agreement and then two more with the lovely folks at the Temecula store. Rose and Carlos put up with a lot from me in consideration of them not really having to grant me such amazing kindness. Well .. She is coming or perhaps is already at this location and despite only having one payment left on my laptop. I would absolutely go to her if I was in need of another item. I can't say enough good things about the hoops she jumped through during my 4 years of various rental items and overall I would happily endorse her and rent a center overall as a viable option for folks like me with very limited credit options. Besides a few aggressive and rather crass individuals who I encountered here and there ... They were very helpful and willing to work with me once I had established a good payment history. Rose was able to see each of her customers as individuals and if the payments are made and communications are consistent the few times I needed a few extra days or help with what I was needing to return... She was ready and willing to work with me. The fact is that if people are coming to a place like this it means they most likely don't have the best credit score. So I am sure that means many aren't exactly great at paying bills and this bill is probably not high on the priority list of a struggling family so I can only imagine how this job can wear down someone's patience and that as far as excuses go... I'm sure they have heard them all. Her ability to not let her experiences with those who aren't trying to ensure they pay their bills effect her ability to look at my history and payment record and have my back in order to keep my items in my home and eventually pay them off. My table and bed set are beautiful and all mine and I have never had such nice things until now. I am about to pay off my laptop and when it broke .. they had it repaired at no cost and returned to me as good as new. Offering me a replacement while it was in shop or no charge for the time they had it for repair. For all these reasons . I think that Rose is one of the assets at this company and is the reason I will consider returning to whatever store she is at if I need anything in the future. I will almost miss her sweet voice and calls helping to remind me to pay my dang bill. 🤣💜 Thanks to her and the company mostly. A few of her associates could learn a thing or two from both her and Carlos.

The guys where great, polite, caring, knowledgeable. BUT the reason for 3 star. My dryer gas a big dent in the back & there's some little dents in front. As much as you pay in interest plus the product was NEW. THAT SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING. WILL BE CALL THE STORE TOMORROW TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER.

If I could give no stars I would. The GM is to busy to finish his work they rent things that aren't fully together so you have to wait for the GM to order something to get it and he orders it days later you don't get it they change the dates on you everybody you talk to they tell you that they're going to call you back with an update never once call you back no lets you know anything you have to call in each week a couple times a week just to find out and you're coming up on a payment that they say that you don't have to make that payment because you don't have the product but you still don't have the product and it's been 2 weeks almost I don't recommend the store and I don't recommend the GM that they have they need someone that can handle all the stress and be able to do what they need to do on top of whatever comes in as well

I have had such a great experience with my purchase and the service. You guys are so easy to work with. Only downfall for me is, the autopay. It does not get taken out the day I had chose and would never be paid correctly. So I took myself off of it and now I have no problem with the payment process

I have been shopping at this rent-a-center since 2002. The employees have always treated me like i owned the store. Rosie has been helpful and polite. She made sure i was always satisfied and went above and beyond to get what i wanted every single time.
