Had such a great experience with the people working there. They had no problem helping me out when an error occurred while wanting to pick up an item for my daughter. Would definitely recommend coming here they have so many great options!

I’m a Home Health Professional and my Client furnished her apartment with Aaron’s. Unfortunately, the BIG beautiful bed she had rented, wasn’t compatible with her wheelchair/scooter transfer. When she explained the situation, they immediately offered to pick it up. Today Eric and Seth showed up to retrieve the bed. They were both very professional, well dressed, and extremely polite about the entire situation. This was such a pleasant surprise. My client was apprehensive about the possibility of being home by herself when they came. She was so impressed with their performance that she offered them a cold drink. 😊 Then she told me that she was no longer concerned about being home alone if she ever needed to do business with Aaron’s again down the road. So, now I know, from personal experience that Aaron’s is the place to go for any/all things that you may want to “rent to own”. The customer service is top notch from the showroom floor to the delivery truck. As a Single Female myself, I like the idea that I can do business with a company start to finish without any of the issues or discomfort that I’ve experienced with other businesses in the area.

I am getting calls outside of store hours about payments for products in never rented. I then have been hung up when I call back multiple times. Humberto is dishonest as well as the other male associate that was working with him on dec 16th 2025. Hemet Aaron's is the location be careful.

I wish there was a -5 start review . I am long time lesser/owner and this particular staff made me no longer EVER go back. Melissa needs to be replaced, she lacks communication to her clients, lies and does not keep her promises. ther store “manager” needs to retrained on how to actually resolve issues amd take complaints seriously instead hanging up on people . Finally the overall customer service 800 number, is worthlesss just like this location: Do not attempt to make a delivery tomorrow because it will be refused .

They need better people these people they not even know prices customer service no good. They need people with better experiences. They can help customers.
