They are not understanding they are rude and will come to your house after hours. If you’re late on a payment even a day they will harass you. It’s scarey to have someone banging on your door when it’s already dark and you have kids in the house especially after hours. And they bent my screen door just to knock on my door while I was at work saying they know I been home because of my car but I don’t have a car.

Easy going staff, answered my questions. The only thing, is that i was expecting them to hook up everything. Not do it on my own. No biggie though. As time goes , I will definitely leave an updated review.

This was my first time ever getting furniture and at first they didn’t have what I wanted but I got something else that I also liked! My first 2 weeks was a little rocky with a situation that happened but Carlos helped me and he understood and he has had great customer service and good communication and ever since I’ve had all my needs met! I 100% recommend them!

Carlos is always top notch when it comes to having the best Customer Service skills. He knows exactly what you are looking for with just a few minor details. Plus his employees have been trained with the same leadership skills . It is always a delight shopping and doing business with the Barstow Rent A Center.

Got my things delivered 2 days ago still can’t use it because they sent a newbie out that forgot the cords… was suppose to be contacted by management never got the call… today is Sunday now gotta wait til Monday smh… TERRIBLE BUSINESS ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Literally I can’t Believe I just rented tires from Rent-A-Center!! What a true blessing. I’ve been needing tires so long and they are so expensive. Today Was a great experience! German and Carlos really helped me understand the process and They gave Superior Customer service! I had many question and concerns and they were great breaking it down for me. Not overwhelming or complicated!! If your reading this and been wanted or in my case needed some tires but didn’t have a huge amount to work with, this is the way to go! 💯 and I’m building my credit at the same time( they report after you pay off the item you buy to the major 3) Great day!! Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work out here in Barstow! 🥇🥇🥇
