Would definitely be giving negative stars if possible. First off my lease was terminated for making payments but late. Mind you I was making the payment plus a fee. When questioned about how my lease went from 1200 to 2500 "Gabby" couldn't give a clear or warranted explanation. Then proceeded to threaten with things such as collections and court. None of these things are legal either BTW. I will be contacting a lawyer to further this issue.

Today Walter and Miguel were very professional and I was very impressed and , extremely happy with their service. We turned a negative into a positive because they were looking for someone who Live in the next apartment and it turned into a blessing. I’m very happy again.💰😊 I will Purchase more bed room furniture from Aaron my back feels better already after years of sleeping on the couch🤣

I would of mistakenly given. Arron’s furniture a good rating but in this past month I have noticed a lot bad movement on their part. Like forging my signature to have me join in their membership club which charges $11.99 a month . I have also noticed on 3 different receipts have 3 different prices on their 90day sale as cash for the same item . And. My payments have always been set up for the 2nd of every month and today I had one last payment that was $44.59 -and now it’s saying I’m 2 days past so amd my last payment is $95.69 Im so disappointed in this company I don’t. Recommend opening an account after Im done. Paying my last payment I will no longer. Be customer of this place !! Real bad business

When arrived 6/12/22 at 1:45pm I was greeted rudely and I felt very racially profiled as a young single father/ African American man I was told my account was flagged for fraud because I applied at the victorville location because they had an item I wanted that barstow didn’t, not knowing they don’t deliver to barstow. So I went back to barstow location and that’s when they said I can’t get a lease because I’m flagged for fraud, I said I don’t understand What’s going on and she rudely couldn’t explain. So I said ok I’ll pay cash for the fridge which was $799.00 and she said she cant sale it because all the fridges they have are displays and can’t be sold not know the day before I went in inquiring about the same fridge and they told me the same fridge was pre owned It can be purchased without a lease cash option…. so she obviously lied to me, that’s when I new it wasn’t about being fraud I was getting profiled Then when I went to opened the fridge there was one of the employees DRINKS sitting in the fridge that I was inquiring about that’s nasty and unprofessional and I was actually being respectful despite being hurt fully judged 😔 I also got a call from I believe Aaron’s sales manager telling me she don’t know why she didn’t sale me the fridge because it was pre owned the employee there she lied to me check the cameras if you don’t believe me cameras don’t lie please get some nice respectful out going workers please that was not cool at all
