Customer reviews
I would like to thank Paul for his exceptional service and his courtesy/patience. Paul had given me his complete and full attention which made me feel like a person rather than a number I understand that quotas are to be hit and made but even though taking the time to converse with the client does wonders this is the third time I have came to R&R all the way from Berryville which is bout 1 hour and 20 minutes but to me it's worth it thank you so much R&R and thank you so much PAUL!!
Paul remo and all The staff were amazing. They got us in right away. They got us a temporary tire so that way we can make it home. We are an hour away from home and then when we get home, we’re just gonna change the tire out to our normal tires. they were awesome and amazing to work with that.
Paul worked with me and giving me awesome service! Paul helped me rearrange my tires payment and went above and beyond to make sure the transition was seamless. They worked with my payments so they can almost exactly be the same, and the whole process was real quick thank Rnr. Also Taylor and Christina amazing people at RNR.
Looking for tires. I was met by a friendly sales man, definitely new his tires. Everyone was pleasant that worked to get tires for my suv. The app was easy nd quick to fill out . He asked for my keys, I signed some paper work nd before I even finish, the tire tech brought me my keys. I believe it was about 20 minute. Love my new tires. Thank you to everyone at RNR in Springdale. Karen
RnR were very courteous when I had my issues with my tires. They ordered me 2 new tires and were in 1 day after I called with my issue. I'm very Thankful for them and appreciate them very much. THANK YOU!
