If I could give 0 stars I would. When Jesse, Shawn and Tara were there, we never had an issue getting information on our account. We completed SEVERAL leases through them. All 6 months same as cash. All paid BEFORE the end of the term. Let’s move on to the now though… We called on Tuesday to see what our pay off was. We were informed that our 6 months same as cash was ending on Thursday but we still had almost $500 still owed. That was news to us as when we signed the contract, we specifically said that we wanted to do the 6 months same as cash. We asked to speak with a manager. We ended up spending 20 minutes on hold and then the line died. We waited a few minutes to see if they would return the call. We called them back and Thomas answered the phone and once we told him what account it was, he said to give him a minute, the manager was busy but aware of the issue. We waited another 10 minutes. Finally, Joey picks up and we go over our account again and he says that he is reaching out to the Regional Manager to see what can be worked out and he would call us before the end of the day. This was at 3:00 pm. They close at 6. We never received a call back on Tuesday. Nothing on Wednesday. Nothing on Thursday. So we call back Friday morning (10:17 am). Same run around. I am going to reach out to the Regional Manager. We were also informed that they cannot find our paperwork. It wasn’t scanned into their system. The paperwork from at least 2 of our previous leases was found not this one though. Joey told me that it wouldn’t take long and he would call me right back. I waited almost 2 hours before calling back (12:07 pm). He still hadn’t heard anything from the Regional Manager as he was in a meeting, but he should within the next hour or so. We waited until just before 6 to call them back, 5:48 to be exact. No answer. We left a voicemail with what was going on. We called the Springdale location and they let us know there had been an accident in front of the store and they didn’t have power at the time. There was no call back on Saturday morning. We called them at 1:18 pm and sat on hold waiting for someone to answer for 1 hour and 3 minutes. The line died again. I called back not once but 4 times before they answered. The answer that we got was that he didn’t know what he was supposed to do as he is still waiting on the Regional Manager. We are still were we started and will be calling corporate Monday morning. As someone who is also in customer service, communication is key. This store’s communication and honesty is very lacking.
I had the best experience here at the Fayetteville RnR Tire Express..I had the pleasure of working with Jose and Joey...I needed a new rim because I hit a curve and bent it...I really didn't want to.spend alot of money right now ..Joey and Jose shared they had a used set of rims and they went above and beyond to have them delivered from the Roger's location and fixed me up!! I love my new rims and tires!! I'm a very happy customer ☺️ and will continue to share my great experience..thanks guys!!!
Thomas M. Bob S and Joey the asst manager were all great. It was a smooth and easy process. They were very very helpful with me getting the documents I needed. Also it was quick and fast didn't take an hour to get me back rolling
I was particularly impressed by the friendly demeanor of all the employees and the exceptional customer service I received. I also appreciated the opportunity to select exactly what wheels and tires I wanted for my vehicle. I went in with a tire that was losing air. Paul brought the tire/wheel to me to show me wherever I had my last tires put on they had forced the lug nuts on and routed the holes in the wheel and stripped the lug nuts. He and Jose were able to put new lug nuts on 4 of the 5 studs until I can get back to Little Rock. I appreciate them explaining the issue to me and getting me back on the road!
