Got this message from the manger about and offer to get right till my next payment date which at the time was the first. Called him and he said o no those are automated. I can do 125 so I pay the 125 to get myself right till the first and he changed the due date to the 18th of the same month ive bought several fridges from here all crapped out on me. Get one payment behind and they done nothing but harass me about it and then pulled this and the owner did nothing but ask the store ignoring the fact they use what they call "old offers" to get you to call back then say they can't honor them get you to pay more tell you good till you next payment date then move your payment date to where its due again that month every fridge beside this last one the coolant system has gone out. Had insurance each time and they never honored it do not buy from here ever

Dwayne and Dalton at the Siloam Spring location exceed expectations of customer service and attentiveness. 10/10 best experience because of those two gentlemen.

So my new days off are Saturday Sunday and my old days off were Monday Tuesday. This speaker payment being on Saturday threw me off quite a bit but I can pay the first payment ON MONDAY PLEASE DO NOT COME GET MY SPEAKER!!!

I went through a tough year this year my mom passing and lots of monkey wrenches life threw my way but I got a nice TV and a brand new dryer from these guys when mine went out and Dwayne helped me out so much he was so super friendly and I ultimately paid my stuff off. Then with Christmas getting close I decided I wanted a couple extra things 1 was a PS5 and another was a gaming laptop. They had the Playstation made sure I got 1 then went out of their way to order me a gaming laptop that is amazing by the way! Their amazing Dwayne is awesome and I will continue doing business with them as long as he is there!
