Aaron's

I teach a local film production class (Mrs. Janaun's Film Class) to teens in our rural area. This is an award-winning group who takes their films very seriously. At the end of our school year, we like to present the films that we made to friends, family, and anyone in the community who wants to see them. I have a projector for in-class use, (as there is no native tv in the classroom that is available), but when it comes to viewing low-light shots, the projector does not always provide the best clarity. As our event drew closer, on a whim, I called Aaron's and spoke with Daniel Hawkins. He immediately understood my challenge and recognized that a TV loaned for just one evening would go a long way to solve my problem and help boost and encourage a whole group of teens in our town. To say that the provision of an 85" screen to showcase their work on, made a difference, would be an understatement. It redefined the whole event! Suddenly no one was struggling to see what was happening when the films turned moody and therefore used lower light to convey that. For the first time, all the student films were enjoying clear and easy viewing for a room full of people! Thank you so much Daniel and Aaron's for making the night ten times better than it has been in the past! Myself, these local teens, and everyone who got to be there really appreciated you!

I am so thankful for all the staff and especially Daniel H. For coming to me and my gam gams rescue. We walked into Aaron’s and we had both came in with corn dogs and out of no where my gam gam started choking. I had no idea what to do and I was screaming throughout the store for help and then like an acrobat Daniel came sprinting and lunging over furniture just in time to give my gam gam the heimlich. Within a matter of seconds the corn dog thrusted from my gam gams mouth and landed on a piece of furniture. They were so nice about it and even cleaned up the mess. They also did an excellent job with customer service and got us exactly what we were looking for. This will be my new go to for all my furniture needs. Daniel H, thank you again. You rock!!

My refrigerator went out a couple of weeks ago luckily Aaron’s was doing one of their penny down sales and the team at Aaron’s was able to get one for me right away. Unfortunately the refrigerator I got went out.. however the general manager was phenomenal and had his guys deliver a new one that was even BETTER as soon as he found out about our situation. He got us taken care for sure. Thanks to Daniel and his team at Aaron’s. We love giving our business to people who care so deeply about their customers!

Very very unprofessional. Me and my husband ordered a loveseat and told everyone at the store of Aaron's that he gets off at a certain time and to come then but they decided to not listen and bring the wrong time and now it's going to be tomorrow before they can deliver it. I have a life I have plans when I am off I don't have time to waste waiting on Aaron's to deliver something we specifically several told a certain time.

Me and my husband ordered a loveseat and told everyone at the store of Aaron's that he gets off at a certain time and to come then but they decided to not listen and bring the wrong time and now it's going to be tomorrow before they can deliver it. Unfortunately the team is very inconsiderate and incompetent when it comes to scheduling and delivery. They also made my wife help carry the 75 inch TV out of my house instead of sending two people be wary of the sales associates they're very unsure of themselves and could barely get through the lease agreement I attempted to give them a chance but they just want to play games. they don't mean what they said and their word means nothing. The General manager is just a Aaron's poster boy so don't waste your time complaining to him

Great atmosphere when you walk into the store. Zach the assistant manager helped me get the product (living room) I was looking for and help get me signed up for auto pay. He really deserves a hand when coming to customer service. I wouldn't have changed my experience at all. Thanks Zach again. Billy.
