We had a minor issue with an item at delivery A dent in a new freezer. Rent One took care of it right away, by giving us a significant discount on the item. We truly appreciate them working with us to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them!

So disappointed in this place. We got a sectional in 2024 and it’s (finally) almost paid off. The cushions are falling apart after cleaning them and the people working here are telling me that they aren’t able to order replacement cushions, even though I’m willing to pay for them, and that there’s nothing that can be done. I don’t even wanna finish paying the dang thing off now! I just wanna give it back and find a place that can actually help me when something goes wrong with something they sold me.

They have been great for the most part and I do a weekly payment and I ask if I could pay this weeks next week with both as I have had to do in the past and they say not a problem as long as you let us know and I always let them know I don't just not pay untill the next week and today they were questioning well why did you not get payed and trying to get in my personal business I will pay the things I got off and will never go back after today's situation

So my significant other, Luis, was going to purchase through here, he left 4 credible references, one being myself and another being his daughter. He called them to get an update and the worker there said that they attempted to reach his references and none of them were valid which was a lie because my phone never rang, I never received a call from them. Nor did his daughter receive a call from them.

Rent One is absolutely amazing! Prices are low and staff are great! Matt, Jacob, and Genell were great and very helpful with the entire process! Genell made sure to get me the washer and dryer that best fit my families needs and made sure I stayed within my budget! Matt and Jacob delivered the product to my home the SAME day and even installed it! They were amazing all around!
