SUCKS... SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. We have more than once.AND WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN ONE. We did , first time bought reposested furniture...had bedbugs. They had to have it picked up. They had to relocate to a whole new building because of such big infestation. Bought a washer and dryer.. washer overflowed.. they brought another one out still had issues with it. Today they took money off card, and they were paid off two months ago. They will make every excuse they can to draw money off your card once they have it.

Make sure you read your card number slooooowwwww when paying by phone. Mr. Larry hung up on me because I was saying mine "too fast" this place sucks but the stuff they have is pretty nice. If I were yall I would hit up rent one. Trust me. Read the other reviews if you're considering this place. I sure wish I did.

You sign an agreement to have a certain amount to be take out of your account every month but they don’t take it out when they are suppose to and when they do it is double maybe triple the amount you agreed to and it screws up your bank account with overdraft fees and bounced checks because you were not planning on a different amount coming out. This happened to me numerous times. I finally took it off of automatic payment and told them to come get the tv. Funny thing is I have a washer that I never had a problem with and they have the exact same bank information for that. But after that happened with the tv I took the washer off automatic payments because Arron’s cannot be trusted. They are also very unprofessional and they do not listen to their customers. They also are not willing to help them either. All they are about is screwing people over. They charge what they want, when they wantand they also charge triple for something that was used to begin with. I will never do business with them again.

Do not spend your money here. I was delivered a washer with dents and it wouldn't spin out right so every load sounded like it was getting ready to blast off into outer space. Then I had a house fire and lost everything. No homeowners insurance. The manager called my phone and said he was aware of my house fire but that wasn't his problem and I still needed to make a payment. I contacted corporate office. They have no compassion or care for their clients.

Too bad there's no choice for negative stars! They don't deserve the one I gave them! Won't ever step foot near that place again! Being treated like a liar doesn't go over well with me, and is bad business! Update: The story manager called me and they resolved the problem. Very good staff at that store! Way to go Aaron's Searcy! Disregard the bad review folks!
