Terry at Russellville bestway is so awesome, he does everything he can do to get what you need at a price you can afford , he’s always just so friendly and outgoing and never see him without a smile !!! I went to order online and they had nothing in stock and then I wanted me to wait 2 weeks for the item to come in and yet instill had to pay for something I didn't even have yet 😞

Don't get an Ebike from them. I did and it had a electronic error. Three times I described the problem with computer not coming on and the bike leaving me stranded. Three times they told me that nothing was wrong with the bike. Really,...why would I send a bike back that I love riding back if something in the wiring wasn't fubared. Everything else my wife and I have bought has been great.

Well it's under staff was kind of knew but otherwise yeah the employee staff member was kind courteous and eager to help us pick out something that we needed and I told her I was thinking about going back middle of the month and try to get my daughter at Xbox One to play
