I wish we could leave negative stars I have never been treated so bad in my whole life as I was at the Russellville store they made their own rules they made their own guidelines as they went they never done anything they said they would do but would charge you a late charge The manager there is unbearable and the assistant manager. I still had time left on my weekly order and they canceled it when I was still paying on it did not stand behind one promotion I'm waiting from a call back from corporate office hopefully we will get something done

Well on scale 1 to 10 they would get a - 60 first off they try to with draw payment from my debt card with out permission or me signing up for auto pay and calls my wifes work over and over till they almost got her in trouble and want repo what we bought from them cuz we was three days late and tht we didn't have home phone number now why would they even sale to me if a phone number is tht important cuz we told them we didn't have one the day they sold us the used junk I will not recommend no one to them and sure will not even walk in the store not only because all tht the employs are rude and talk to my wife like trash so yes best way is the worst way 100 percent no good lieing ppl

Well before me and my fiancé paid these off now, but when they were delivering our coffee tables and the big table for living room the table broke so they took it back right, it took a whole month for them to “reorder” it for us but we just noticed they didn’t even replace it with a new one, as you see in the picture they tried to screw it back together. Seriously?

I have been using Bestway for about 6 years (if I remember right). I have always had the BEST experience with the staff, especially Terry. They offer quality products for an unbeatable price and offer no credit check financing. Definitely check them out!

Russellville store has an amazing manager Terry he’s the best . The rest of the staff is pretty nice as well
