I know an elderly gentleman who rents a piece of sitting furniture that got bedbugs from y'all store. Is there a resolution you can offer? The bugs went from the living room area to the bedroom and now both rooms and shower room have live bedbugs visibly.

I had them back in 2019 and i got my 1st bedset for my son after moving into a brand new house. Got couch . And bedset for my son and they gave us bedbugs. Dont recommend them

We purchased a Samsung washer and the lid is splitting and it looks as if the hinge is not folding as it should causing this to tear. Aaron’s was contacted and when they came out they took pictures of the washer. I talked to the guy and he said when the ones that came to the house got back these pictures would be shared with a manager and they would contact us. The guys that came to the house asked “now tell us how it really happened” with disrespect, belittlement, and making us feel as if we were lying, but looking close at the picture there is a second tear coming about showing this is a defect from the manufacturer. For two to three weeks we didn’t hear anything. We called and the guy said you will have to buy a lid because they didn’t believe us the guy said he ordered it, but didn’t know when it would be in, he said it was $65 but not being able to give a delivery date makes me think he had not ordered it yet, but was as we were talking, but since we were under the impression it was already done without permission he could do as he wished now that we were tricked and agreeing because of being mislead under more lies. I thought my payments and insurance covered this. A couple years back my daughter rented from Buddies in Clarksville. My daughters couch, washer, and dryer all got stolen. My daughter reported it, turned in a police report and he tells her insurance won’t cover it. I didn’t agree with this so I called the insurance company to find out why, well they never got a claim from Clarksville they didn’t know anything about it. I do not trust these companies anymore and I don’t doubt those pictures went to insurance for the claim, but I have to pay to fix it while they pocket the money. I won’t be doing future business with either of these companies charging 3 times the cost to begin with because they are crooked and do not care about their customers or how they are treated.

Super awesome staff. You can find great deals here for reasonable prices. They have used stuff as well that you can scoop up for easy monthly payments. Aarons is my go-to for electronics and furniture.

I visited Aaron's out of necessity, my washer went out and I needed a new one. I came home with a set. Love em. I don't like the high price but for a lease to own store Aaron's is probably the best. I couldn't afford to have a washer and dryer without them. The staff is nice and the payment options are convenient.
