Castle Pawn Jewelry is hands-down my favorite place in town! Estate jewelry is one of my absolute passions, and this location never disappoints. They always have such beautiful, unique pieces — and I love that there’s a jeweler on site! The staff genuinely seem to enjoy looking at and talking about the pieces with me just as much as I do. I’ve never once felt rushed or pressured, no matter how many treasures I want to see or handle. Definitely the place to go to if you are looking for jewelry, and to pawn as well. Everyone was very helpful and super fair with me on pricing. I’m so glad they are back in rogers!

Their new location has the best jewelry selection in Northwest Arkansas. Incredibly fair prices, and gorgeous pieces. All types of gemstones and an onsite jeweler who is a WIZARD. My Fiance and I just bought rings here and they were so helpful even bringing out pieces that weren’t on the floor yet. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of goods and service. They also have jewelry in their Springdale location and they’ll size it up or down one size for FREE. Will definitely be coming back for birthdays and holidays!!

They are super friendly and pay top dollar for a variety of merchandise. The business was very clean and the layout was organized and spacious. So much to choose from. My son found a survival hunting knife to add to his collection. We were able to conduct business and complete a sale and purchase quickly without any wait time at all. Customer service is top of the line at this location. We felt like they were knowledgeable in anything we had questions about. With a professional staff of many and several assisting just us it truly did feel like we were important and that they knew what they were doing. We left there feeling like we had a great friendly experience and I won't soon forget it. It was not my first visit there today and it won't be my last. Castle Rental and Pawn is at the top of my list for a multitude of buying selling or just plain browsing and shopping for all sorts of occasions.
