Rented a TV and TV stand from them. Initially I placed an order for more things and those things were not in stock. The tv stand was half put together and the lighting on it did not work when it was bought to me but I overlooked it because normally these type of rent places furniture do not have good quality anyways. I missed my every two weeks payment on December 12th and was woken up by my kids on December 20th about two men at the door. The store sent these people to my apartment to either get me to pay or take the merchandise. I agreed to pay and said I might just end up sending it back soon after I was told by the delivery guy that it will be no negotiating per the store manager Lisa Currie. I talked her on the phone at that moment and she was very rude. After telling her she was being rude, she replied her holding me accountable for making late payments is not being rude where in return I told her it’s how you’re saying it. So instead of me being able surrender the merchandise back on my own it’ll look like it was taken back due to a missed payment because the manager decided to be rude with me. Nothing is discussed with you when making these agreements. No one went over paper work with me, no one told me about how they act if you’re even one day late on a payment. Lisa also stated that she don’t see why I think it’s okay to be ignoring and running from creditors. I have spoken to multiple people to let them know I work 12 hour shifts overnight and most days I am sleep during the day. I have never missed two payments and even when I am late on a payment I don’t mind paying the late fee, the payment due at the moment and the past due payment. It is all paid at the same time. So either way I was paying for the merchandise that I had just not at the speed they wanted me to pay. Instead of calling to see if another payment plan such as monthly would work I was forced to give the merchandise up. Again when they came to my door today I said that I would pay it but after making the comment of me probably surrendering it due to not wanting to deal with being harassed then it’s a problem. She told me to just let them take the merchandise and I don’t have to pay. All and all if you miss a payment even one day they will harass you. On another note, the delivery guys that were sent out today were really nice and they were not rude like their manager. If you’re thinking of renting from here I would recommend trying another rental place such as Aaron’s or rent-a-center.

Instead of looking for what I wanted, what they offered online, they tried to push a brand I already own on me. Then the delivery had unnecessary complications due to not listening to me and or following my request. My sister & I were roommates & she is moving out and still had her washing machine hooked up, instead of them just leaving my paid for product they took it back with them. I had to get my brother to stay all day waiting on them cause I didn't want to miss work just to waste his time.
