They agreed to help me out during the amazon shut down, they've helped out a couple payments and then my phone got disconnected due to not being able to pay my phone bill because i've had other obligations for my kids and bills. So once i finally was able to pay my phone bill they turned around and said theg didnt have any notes about it and i feel its due to them not being able to contact me snd now they're saying they no longer can help and will take the couch next time?

They are trying to make me pay for a Xbox that is usable and will turn on with a hdmi. They are saying that the HDMI cord has nothing to do with the Xbox turning on which is a lie

Nobody ever called me about my missed payment (I forgot due to family emergency with multiple members in hospital) they showed up to my house and I told everyone I would make my payment late due to my family member in the hospital. The guys who came to my house agreed to this and they still continued to blow my phone up and show up at my house again on the same day. No remorse for personal experiences/problems making it hard to make payment. Will not be coming back.

The manager Aaliyah has top-notch customer service skills. She was super helpful and understood my goal of paying off my couch! I would recommend anyone looking for their dream furniture to go speak with Ms. Aaliyah!
