The two gentleman that delivered and set-up the bunkbeds for me were so polite and their customer service skills were even better. They were very concerned and careful installing my new furniture for my grandchildren. My experience has been great this time. My, last time wasn't so good. I purchased my refrigerator when it was delivered they dented it during the delivery the guys acted like so what. Thank you Mr. Keith you have a great crew with these two gentleman.

I have been renting from them on and off for the last 10 years I am not happy with the new staff they tell you one thing and they do another and I'm one type of person that you have to be able to budget you can't live outside your means, but I've got told the same price for the last 3 months to pay off my stuff doesn't seem like it' should be.... today June 3rd I'm in my payment as usual the gentleman that answered the phone was polite considered friendly and very helpful he would be a great asset to your company maybe sometimes things are worth the second chance

Mr Kieth made the issues I was having with my computer go away without any hassle. Handles business like a GM should and talked respectfully to his associates and customersAlso overheard him taking good care of another customer over the phone (sorry). I’ll continue to do business with Aaron’s in Jacksonville so long as he’s the guy running the show!

My dad purchased a used full size bed and I did say just a used full sized bed. He originally told me that the bed was about 700 with approximately 6-7 payments 127 that was paid. I get a call saying that he can pay it off for the amount of 1400 after spending 800 already and the original price was 2000. He also purchased a lawnmower that week and soon as he got a chance to use it broke down he told them to come get it and they tried to charge him for it after he told them he didn’t want it. My dad is a 74 year old VET!! that their tried to get over on until I intervened. I have spoken to the manager and a couple of people who work there.. just unprofessional. The bank statement shows he spent 830 dollars with Aaron’s in Jacksonville N 1st St. for used full size bed.. Today Dec.4, 2025 I get a call and he asked for a payment of 263 on a lawnmower that didn’t work on the first day. Months ago he called and cancelled that payment and they want him to pay it and then he still owes a balance on the used bed and that he can pay it off today for 1400. Crooks!!!!!

I had a washer and dryer delivered to me yesterday. They broke the dryer vent hose and had the washer drain hose pinched under the machine causing flooding in my laundry room with the 1st load of laundry

I have always had good service with this company I get a call today man on phone very rood I felt disrespected if yall jacked something up that’s not my problem with payment someone needs to learn to do job right
