My mother furniture was NEVER DELIVERED TODAY!!! Not one person called, email, text, and said nothing..Do not say, y'all was busy because that's a damn LIE.. I will be calling soon as that store opens up in the morning.. I do not want to hear I'm sorry or nothing.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I had a great experience with Rent--A-Center! On short notice I had to move from a furnished rental house to an unfurnished one. Pat Thomas took care of all of my needs and was exceptionally helpful. I told her what I needed, my price range, and when I needed it. She nailed it. What should have been a stressful experience became easy and fun with Rent-A-Center. Thanks Pat!
