Excellent service for me as a first time buyer. The ladies were super friendly. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Went in a couple of weeks ago to get a sofa and love seat. And possibly a dinner table and chairs. The guy working was so preoccupied with staying in the office he barely came out. I told him we were just looking when we came in, but a good sales person would have asked what are you looking for in particular. I had to call for him to come out of the office. When he came out I asked if they had any other options other than what they had in the store. He said no that was it besides one that was still wrapped up. Not offering to see if they could order what I was looking for or checking the other location for product. You guys messed up when you let Lorenzo leave. He knew great customer service and going above and beyond for his customers. It’s no wonder a part off buddy’s went out of business.

These people keep harassing me and my mom every freaking day calling 4-5 times a day and coming to our home which they shouldn’t since there is nothing to pick up we returned the mattress due to financial hardship I let Lorenzo know I wasn’t able to make any more payments the bundle for the frame and mattress were more than about $2000 with interest fees and they were worth I was almost out of it owed between $400-$450 he asked about the frame I let him know that the frame only lasted a month the metal parts broke down and I honestly through it away he said it was a bundle and I understand but I gave him back the mattress and the mattress was worth more than the metal frame and after all that I have paid buddy’s should of covered it. They have really bad customer service! Kim and Lorenzo keep harassing every single day as I told him when he personally came to pick up the mattress we cannot pay! That’s why we are returning. And careful because they will bother you at your employer as well and they will keep calling!! I would never do business with them ever again. When Tim was a General Manager unfortunately he is not there anymore he was an awesome person and understandable and I paid a TV and Couches when I use to deal with him! But with Lorenzo he such a harrasment and really rude!!!

My experience with Buddy’s Home Furniture was the best I’ve ever had. Great customer service and variety of options for me. I don’t have any issues with the processing and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much

Fantastic customer service ( which is pretty much absent since the pandemic) From Lorenzo on the phone to the two very professional delivery guys! A++. I was desperate for help and Buddy’s came through for me! I 100% recommend!
