Marquies has some of the most superb customer service I have experienced in all the years I’ve dealt with rent of center. He’s clear about what you’re getting it and what options you have and you don’t feel haggled. I said I would never do business with rent a center again but because of the relationship I’ve been able to build with Marquise I kind of want to go back and find something I don’t need and buy hahaha.

Bought a bedroom set 8 weeks ago. When they came to deliver it, we were informed that the bed wasn't there. After 2 weeks, they told us it was on order. They told us the bed is in transit, no eta. We have asked them to check repeatedly and they never call or reach out to us. We have to come into the store to get told that it's in transit with no eta or even a location. This is highly unprofessional and not how a business is ran! We are about to make the 3 payment and still no mattress!!

I walked into the store and was greeted with smiles and customer service. I told them what I was looking for and they showed me exactly what I wanted. They broke down the price points and the deals they had going on. They even gave me $100 off for being a new customer. I would recommend Rent-A-Center over Aaron's any day of the week. They have good prices and great deals. They really know what they are talking about. The entire process took about 30 minutes. I walked in with hope and walked out with a new computer.
