Drove here and waited over 20 minutes for the door to open they say they open at 10am but haven’t opened and I have to pay today but when I made time to go there they are not open it’s absolutely ridiculous so not only is my bill due today but I have to come multiple times today at their convenience so it gets paid on time I can wait here all day just waiting for the door to open that’s ridiculous

They have been really great people to work with. Very communicative and informative about everything they have. Delivery and scheduling for pickups was a breeze. They made everything simple and easy to work with. Be sure to plan in advance for any inconveniences that can be worked out. Really only con I have was the prices were a little high but that’s expected when you are renting to own and don’t attend to keep is understandable. I will definitely be doing business again with these people.

Cody was amazing from the moment we walked through the doors to helping us getting an excellent deal on a much needed couch and delivered it along with Ricky who took extra care making sure the item was delivered with professionalism and ease . Thank you you guys! We'll definitely be back

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Last month the account manager told me that beginning 1 March I "must" have a credit card on file to make payments. After talking to friends who also have accounts thru aarons that they were not told that AND learning through the corporate offices that it was not the case -- that customers can in fact make cash or card payments online or in the stores. When I spoke to the store manager, today, I was told "there are 5 humans working in this store and they have their own tactics," is completely unprofessional!!! After doing business with this company for 10yrs I will never return!!!

I walked into the store and couldn't even see an employee for 10 minutes. I tried calling for help, but they were all laughing in the back room. When I was finally helped, the worker looked very unprofessional. I almost thought he was just another person in the store. They knew nothing about what they were talking about when I wanted a computer. When I finally decided on a computer, it took way to long to even get me started with the process. I took my business to Rent-A-Center and was helped as soon as I walked though the door. I was walked straight to the computer section with a breakdown of exactly what I was asking for. They even gave me a good discount for being a new customer. The whole process took 30 minutes. If I were you. Save your time and money and take your business to Rent-A-Center. Leave Aaron's alone.
