I used Aaron’s before and didn’t have any issues. Today we made sure that we took time off for the scheduled delivery 3pm-7pm and it’s 5:56pm and just got a phone call that they can’t deliver til Friday because their folks are clocking out and because they had a delivery truck. Not an excuse for not contacting the customer. I wouldn’t waste your time at this place. Everything gone down hill. I would read all the reviews before doing business there.
Horrible, theft... if you do not want to continue to do business with them one minute after signing the paperwork the 25.00 they ask for... WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK. it is theirs to keep no they don't say it upfront. Just another way for them to rob you. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

i recently inquired about adding a tv to my account and was told i would receive a call back .. it wasn't until my 3rd try did i receive a call which was then by the manager who was very condescending and very rude. I was basically denied because my payments are always late.i do believe its me who pays the late fees out of my own pocket. i never asked to have any of these fees waved and as long as i continue to make my payments late or not i should still be treated like a valued customer. i never felt so belittled. not a very good thing to teach other employees by someone who clearly doesn't have any customer relations experience
