We was supposed to get a brand new fridge and instead got a demo. A demo that didn’t work properly and ruined over half our food. We were promised a refund after they received the fridge back and now they are refusing us the refund with no explanation. If you’re looking for appliances I definitely would go somewhere else. They are liars and sell messed up products. …

This place has the worst customer service I’ve seen hands down. Lesley, calling me and my father up and having the WORST attitude I’ve ever heard and seen. Me and my father decided to give our things back because I’d rather pay more at rent a center than deal with straight up attitude every time you are a minute late on your payment. I even reported her to corporate tonight.

Manager Stephine is very rude and very unprofessional. Watch you accounts and payment history. After 2 years of service once Stephine became the store manager my trust and service went down. She hung up on me after threatening me with the police. I have only been into the location twice in 2 years. They are very untrained. Overall before she arrived I had 5 stars for Aarons now I wouldn't even offer 1 star after my time with the store manager at the Oxford Al store. I would highly recommend going to another location if you want professional service. Always check you agreements as well changes where made to my account and I was charged excessive do to this error. thanks!

Very rude. Walked out very unsatisfied. Was moving and didn't have delivery for 2 weeks but they wouldn't honor their special offer if I took the furniture on my box truck, very rude about it also and wouldn't help me figure out a good deal on a bedroom suit

Went in to pay the bill, the manager Matthew was the one to help me. He told me my total and I handed him the money. And he was surprised that I had the exact amount. And I told him that usually it’s 120 and I always bring the extra dollar because it normally has changed added to it. And he said it’s not a bad price and with an attitude told me that I should pay on time and it wouldn’t add the 5 extras dollars. It was very disrespectful and rude to say.
