The experience was pretty unprofessional and disrespectful. I noticed some sly comments and insults, and the place had a terrible smell. The employees seemed to spend their time gossiping and discussing personal issues pretty openly. I had a feeling a budget store might not be the best choice, but there aren’t many options around. I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my information, and overall, it felt like a waste of time.

They want come get my washer and dryer and they can’t come in my home without me being there they are terriblethey need let people side on there payments i am going pay them this month and next month a double payment why won’t they let me go till the 28th but they don’t want to they want the washer and dryer’s and they keep on coming down here and calling and I all ready told them I not at home and don’t have. Good service but they want the washers and dryer and if I let them have it it going take them forever to bring it back here I don’t understand why can’t they just wait till the 28th I not That much behind thank u

Do not rent anything from them. Save your money. They don’t have good staff, my boyfriend had to help one man get our stuff in cause he couldn’t do it and they said if I didn’t get someone to help they wouldn’t give me my things. They then continue to Arabs you, show up at your house and literally try to get in your home if you miss one payment. Maybe use another rent a center but don’t use the one on McFarland save yourself all the trouble.

I got a new couch (which I love) and I also purchased a damaged bedroom suite for cash. I love the people at the store and the man that delivered. Everyone was great.

Wanted to update my review. Originally gave a 1 star due to delivery and communication issues. But, after a great delivery experience I increased it to 4 stars. Would’ve been a 5 star review if the delivery and communication issues did not happen. I’m very happy with the end result and the delivery guys were really nice and did a fantastic job. I’m in love with my new chair.
